Shipper: shipping with FretCom
- Create your account and have your company verified. You provide your documents (commercial register, VAT). Our team checks them before you access the marketplace.
- Publish a shipment. Through the guided form, or by passing your customer’s email to the Copilot, which fills in the shipment without inventing a price. ADR, temperature, Incoterm and customs are taken into account from the start.
- Compare and award. FretCom calculates a recommended price by transport mode. You receive offers from verified carriers, each with a negotiation tip, and award with one click.
- Track and share. Live tracking and estimated time of arrival. You can share a tracking link with your customer, with no account needed and revocable.
- Receive the proof and the invoice. The proof of delivery is signed and time-stamped. The QR-bill is issued once it is validated, and the shipment’s CO₂ footprint is calculated using the GLEC framework.
Carrier: transporting with FretCom
- Create your account and have your company verified. Commercial register, VAT and transport licences are checked by our team.
- Register your fleet and your drivers. Vehicles with Euro standard, gross vehicle weight, tail lift and ADR. Drivers with licence, CZV certificate and driver card, with reminders before expiry.
- Find freight on your corridors. Browse shipments, get alerts on your corridors and publish your empty returns. You respond with an offer.
- Carry out the shipment. Assign a vehicle and a qualified driver, with qualification checks. The driver uses their own space on a phone, scans at pickup and delivery, and the stop order can be optimised.
- Invoice. Once the proof of delivery is validated, the QR-bill is issued with your IBAN and VAT calculated according to the route.
Forwarder: organising with FretCom
- Enter your customer’s order. Shipper, consignee, goods and constraints, in a single transport order.
- Carry it out yourself or buy on the marketplace. Assign one of your trucks, or publish the order and receive offers from verified carriers. You can offer it to your trusted partners first.
- Subcontract and keep your margin. Your customer sees who carries out the job, never your purchase price. Your margin is calculated for you.
- Prepare customs in the same file. Legal identifiers (UID, EORI, GDRN Passar, MRN), documents and checks before departure, and a suggested tariff code that you confirm.
- Invoice your customer. Statuses and the proof of delivery flow back to your customer’s order. The invoice is issued to them once delivery is validated.
Warehouse: storing with FretCom
- Publish your space. Space, pallets, temperature, terms and price. Publishing space costs nothing.
- Receive nearby requests. You are alerted when a shipper is looking for storage near your sites.
- Send a quote. A structured quote that you can withdraw as long as it has not been accepted.
- Get paid. The storage contract is created on acceptance. The monthly invoice is calculated pro rata to the days occupied, and the customs register is kept in the same space.
